What we collect
- From shops that join: business name, owner name, email, phone, prices, tech names and mobile numbers, and payment details (handled by Stripe; we never see the full card number).
- From callers: phone number, name, address, the job details they give, and the call recording and transcript.
- From this website: your language and theme choice, kept in your browser.
Why
To answer calls, quote, dispatch jobs, text customers about their job, ask for a review after the job, bill shops, and provide support. We do not sell personal information.
Who helps us
Service providers process data for us under contract: phone and text (Twilio), voice (ElevenLabs), payments (Stripe), email and hosting providers.
Texts
Customers can reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them.
Your choices
Shops can export or delete their data. Callers can ask the shop, or us, to delete their information.
